All Queer But One

Hunter Johnson is a closeted high school graduate, who lives with his overbearing, and deeply religious parents in Oklahoma. When his parents find out he’s gay, they want him to sign up for conversion therapy offered by their church. When Hunter refuses to comply, they send their only child packing.

After being disowned by his mum and dad, Hunter embarks upon a journey to New York in hope of finding a life that allows him to be his true self. On the way he’s joined by Chelsea and Cory, two people escaping their own troubled backgrounds. The three of them are building an unexpected, but solid friendship on a road trip across the country, with the Big Apple earmarked as their final destination.

Amidst plenty of sightseeing Hunter, Chelsea, and Cory are confronted with homophobia, bigotry, and racism in an ever growing conservative America. Painful truths about themselves, are gradually unfolding, against the backdrop of a blossoming romance.
